Introducing our next 12-session real estate coaching and role play series where we study and practice “Tuned-In Listening” and advanced emotional intelligence communication tools and negotiation strategies.

Topics of discussion will include: lawsuits!, commission, buyer broker agreements, list pricing and price reduction, the buyer and seller screening call, seller consultation, buyer consultation, the home preparation and staging conversation, request for repair, negotiation with other agents, and more real life “ripped from the headlines” scenarios based on what you want to work on.

What you learn will increase profits and significantly decrease time and stress. This program is geared towards experienced agents and those who aspire to be, but not at the expense of health and happiness. Whether you have naturally high EQ or need to work on your empathy and patience, all are welcome.
