Class Attendance, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our weekly group coaching classes are designed to provide consistent, high-quality guidance and support to all participants. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, we have established the following attendance and refund policy:

1. Classes are held on a weekly basis and require a monthly (or annual) commitment from all participants.

2. Payment for the entire month is due before the first class of each month. This payment secures your spot in the class for the upcoming month.

3. If you are unable to attend a class due to personal reasons, illness, or any other circumstances, we totally understand. Things happen! However, please note that missed classes will not be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.

4. In the event that a class is cancelled by the coach, a make-up class will be scheduled, or a credit will be applied to your next month's payment.

5. If you decide to discontinue your participation in the group coaching class, please provide a written notice at least 7 days before the start of the next month. This will allow us to process the cancellation and open up the spot for another participant.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our no-refund policy for missed classes. This policy allows us to maintain a stable and consistent group dynamic, which is essential for the success of the coaching program.
