Danielle recently helped me with a request for repair situation in which a client of one of my team members wanted to make a six figure request.  With Danielle‘s guidance she helped me prepare for the conversation which resulted in the client adjusting their request down to a much more manageable five figure request, but then they told me that they would ultimately be happy with an even a much smaller number.  

What’s exceptional about this situation is that these clients had never met me before! That was the first time they ever heard my voice. 

And what’s even more exceptional is that the numbers they ultimately came up with, came organically from them (not me) and at the end of the conversation there was a much deeper connection between the clients and my team Agent and myself. 

That’s the magic of tactical empathy and emotional intelligence when taught to you by someone like Danielle.
